Our Popular L-shape is now back and available in a lower 350mm height, perfect for smaller vans such as the VW Caddy, Doblo and Berlingo. Some scribing will be required for a flush fit and we always recommend checking in accordance with dimensions below prior to purchase.

Self Build & Pre Assembly options

Our Self-Build kits come with full instructions and all relevant fixings provided. Timing for assembly is highly subjective depending on your skill level but on average for a fully built kit that is sanded, finished and installed we would recommend a days allocated timing. We would say this requires a good grasp of DIY ability but we are always there to help if you run in any trouble, with us having fully assembled kits in house we can use for reference and send pictures of.

For a guaranteed hassle-free experience all of our kits are available for pre assembly and can be collected directly from our workshop. We often have many kits built up in our showroom which you can find here .

We supply all fixings, hinges and printed assembly instructions. Note L Shape bed kits are universal fitment, these can be installed either side of the van, front or rear, to do this these kits needed to be provided square so wheel arch shapes will need to be scribed if fixing by a wheel arch.

Our plain ply Eucalyptus kits are an entry level material designed for self build customers. These will require sanding to the faces and edges, finishing can be 1 - 2 hours to get a high quality finish. These are designed to be oiled, wrapped, painted or can be left plain for a natural Scandinavian look.
