Self Build & Pre Assembly options

Our Self-Build kits come with full instructions and all relevant fixings provided. Timing for assembly is highly subjective depending on your skill level but on average for a fully built kit that is sanded, finished and installed we would recommend a days allocated timing. We would say this requires a good grasp of DIY ability but we are always there to help if you run in any trouble, with us having fully assembled kits in house we can use for reference and send pictures of.

For a guaranteed hassle-free experience all of our kits are available for pre assembly and can be collected directly from our workshop. We often have many kits built up in our showroom which you can find here .

Please note: our beds are designed to be universal and available in a large choice of sizes, we cannot advise on beds for specific van types, our beds are not specific to one type of van. Please double check measurements both on the product and in your van before purchasing.

Competent DIY skills required to build and fit all of our furniture kits.

Our plain ply Eucalyptus kits are a budget entry level material designed for self build customers. These will require sanding to the faces and edges, finishing can be 1 - 2 hours to get a high quality finish. These are designed to be oiled, wrapped, painted or can be left plain for a natural Scandinavian look.
